Business mentoring
Regular one to one sessions where we work through whatever your business is throwing at you. A sounding board, a second opinion, and a bit of accountability. Sessions can be in person or over the phone or video, whatever suits.

A plan that fits your business and your life, not a forty page document that sits in a drawer. We work out where you want the business to go, what needs to happen to get there, and how you will know it is working.
Budgets and cashflow
Simple budget and cashflow tools you can actually use, and plain language help understanding what your numbers are telling you. If reading a profit and loss statement has always felt like a foreign language, this is where we fix that.
Systems and paperwork
The unglamorous stuff. Pricing that stacks up, policies and processes that make sense for a small operation, and getting the basics tidy so the business can run without everything living in your head.
Pricing
I quote a set price for each piece of work, agreed before we start, so you know exactly what it will cost and there are no surprises. If something extra comes up along the way, we agree that together before any additional work goes ahead. No lock in contracts, and the first chat is always free.
